RPD Rural Training and Consultancy Ltd was established in April 2024 by Ryan Dixon.

Ryan previously worked in the family land drainage contracting business, Philip Dixon Contractors Ltd, since leaving school in 1989. In February 2024, the Dixon family decided to retire from contracting, allowing Ryan to independently operate the LANTRA training, which had been initiated the previous year.

Ryan brings extensive knowledge and practical experience from his years of managing the contracting business, including operating various equipment and overseeing projects from the tendering process to completion and handover. His expertise spans agriculture, horticulture, amenity, and construction, with experience working alongside local authorities, sports clubs, golf clubs, utility companies, and land agents.

Based in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire, RPD Rural Training and Consultancy Ltd benefits from close proximity to the M6 in Preston, also we offer national coverage for all our services.
